Japan 2025 Vacation Mapped

Here's where I take the initial Road Quest prototype and make an extensible, data-driven version for my 2025 Japan trip. I won't focus as much on generating the polylines correctly (although I may chip away at it over time) and instead it'll focus on recurring themes and activities.
